Small Business Name?

Question

I am starting my own dog obedience business. I have toyed with many names, but I love the name "Petiquette". I googled this name and see that there are many books and companies out there with this name. Does this mean, that I too can use this name in my very small town of SC? I am not planning on taking this business large scale or publishing books or anything of that nature, but want to print up some business cards to distribute locally...Thanks for your help!

I think it will be better if you choose another name, since there are many books & companies with same name. I am worry that some day they will ask you to change name. What about Dogetiquette, or Etiquepette :)
