  1. Do the social service people know about this chap and his behaviour?  If not then tell them that you are worried about the child in the new relationship and then they will take it from there.  Keep your distance from him or else he might start to take revenge on you for getting involved. Other than that there is not much you can do to help.

  2. What's the question?  Have you thought about talking to his new gal about the affect of the abuse on her daughter... usually the abuse escalates from the woman to the kids so if you are that concerned you can keep an eye out as someone who cares (and it certainly sounds like you do... and if it gets to that point then you can call CPS for the little ones sake since all to often the parent can't)  sorry that my original response was so short, but I wasn't sure what it was that you wanted....

  3. There is nothing you can do about his new relationship and the little girl. It is up to the new girl, if she is aware of what he did to you and she doesnt worry about her little girl....thats her problem. You have been through a lot already, let her deal with him. I understand you are concern and i think you have a good heart.

  4. you should check and make sure that he's not dangerous to the child, although all assumptions would lead to the point. You should call social services, or 341 KIDS, to have them check it out. That guy should be in prison for doing such things... But I know that you wouldn't want that for the child, and I know your insticts are telling you that this is wrong. Get it checked out.
