  1. Very harmful.  You need to spray.  Buy a multi spray for insects and fungicide.

  2. aphids

  3. Probably just aphids. Either get a spray from the garden centre, or just throw your used washing up water over them.

Which plonker gave this a thumbs down?  It's true!

  4. Get lady bugs.

  5. green flies

  6. Try the washing up liquid as this stops them being able to grip on, otherwise take one with you to the garden centre and they will suggest which poison to use.

  7. they could be aphids in which case you could put 1tbs of vegetable oil, 1tbs of liquid dish washing soap and 2tbs of warm water in a spray bottle and spray them with it, of find ladybugs

  8. Aphids can be hosed off of your roses, but a more permanent solution would be to buy some plant dust or spray for them.

  9. aphids.  Lady bugs eat them.  you can go to the nursery in your area and ask what they suggest.

  10. aphids, do a search....

  11. They Might be Aphids....Probably the most common insect pest is the aphid.  These little bugs usually start to appear in early spring, feeding on tender new growth.  Although you may only see a few aphids initially more will quickly appear if not eliminated.  Aphids range in color from green (making them difficult to see on foliage) to a rusty brown.  Left unchecked they will suck the moisture from your plants causing considerable damage in your garden.  You may find that aphids prefer a particular rose or area of your garden.
