Small Sweet 16 party ideas please!?

ok so my birthday is in less than a month. I just moved to europe and i know enough people to have a small party, maybe 10 people. I have to do it at my house or possibly a restaurant. What should i do? If i do it at my house what are some fun things so the guest wont get bored. Please help me out!!

tell all your friends to wear there favorite most

and if you want a casual sweet sixteen party

than you could tell them to bring over stuff to do

and rent a movie or something.

GAMES: water balloons, water slides, water guns, and scavenger hunts, Twister, Truth or Dare, board games, card games, volley ball, soccer, beach balls, "TAG", Hide and Seek..lol, music, karaoke, watch movies, prank call, dance, make-overs

PRIZES: $5,$10,$15,$20 gift cards and 4 grand prize maybe $35 or $45 gift cards at(Target, Jamba Juice, Hollister, Vans, Juice It Up, Hot Topic, any places u shop at could be good gift cards and for other prizes a cute stuffed animal, King Size candy bar, or little makeup(chap stick, lip gloss, eye shadow stuff like that)or perfume and lotions.

FOOD: barbeque food, burgers and vegetarian burgers, pasta, pizza,chips, soda, ice cream(have them make their own ice cream with cherries,chocolate syrup,sprinkles)fruit, vegetables(celery sticks,carrot sticks,mini tomatoes) or Hawaiian or Chinese food

have pleanty of foods and drinks do some game program like indoor  it can be truth or dare any thing and enjoy

Hollywood theme.  Have your friends dress as their favorite celeb and during your party you can give out fun little awards to your friends for certain categories.  You could then watch movies with all your guys' fav celebs in them and listen to music that also is your fav celebs.  Have fun with it and eat fun good foods and you can even make fun fruity cocktails that do not have alcohol in them.
