Small black and white spider?

I work at a grocery store in southern Illinois. We recieve produce trucks with some things that are from south america, mexico etc. I saw a small spider today that I have never saw before. It was very small with a body size about at small as the base of an ink pen. It had a black and white color configuration on its body I have never saw before. Does anyone know what kind of spider this is, where its from and is it dangerous?

I hope someone can answer this I just posted a question about a  unusual spider in my sink In from n/central Illinois Im freakin out. Im gonna check back and see feedback you get I would like to know too!!
