Small bugs all over my car?

I just went outside and was about to go to work when I go out side and there are about 100 little black bugs that are all over my hood, doors, trunk, and roof. what the heck are they? I always keep my car very clean (inside and out) and clean it at least once a week. What are these bugs why are they on my new car and how could I get rid of them?

If your car is yellow in color bugs are attracted to yellow for some reason, I see it all the time at car shows.

Try to keep them off or they'll eat you paint.

There are bugs where you happen to park everyday so park somwhere else and try washing the car every now and then the bugs will come off.
