Small building in Yarpole, Herefordshire- what is it?

past the church, directly in front of the road junction. looks like a very small old mill, dovecote or possibly even a bell tower, but has windows. It's in the small village of Yarpole, which is infamous for its church with separate belfry, quite near Croft Castle.
