Small cheerleading stunts?

we have a small varsity squad, about 8-10 girls. we have never been real good, we've been compared to the peewee girls last year and we don't do well at competition. we have preps and since our seniors [the best ones] left this year, i dont know if we have extentions. but any ideas to help us?

  1. mabey get people to strecth you guys, hold splits, work on basing do all that then work on tumbling. If you all do this and work hard you will get it!


  2. weight lifting! you all need arm muscle and leg muscle. healthy diets as well. work on extensions. then step in extensions. you get those and you can get libs. have your top girl stretch a LOT. she should have her splits. this will help her heel stretch and bow and arrow. have her stretch her back to help her scorpion and scale. also work on basket tosses. i recommen kick twists. those look the best. also work on team tumbling. everyone should at least have standing back handsprings. good luck.
