Small claims please help?

if i file a small claim in person, can i choose night court or the day of the trial?

You don't get to choose, you just have to show up when they tell you to.

As I said before, you should be able to pick a date from a list of available dates if you file in person.

I've never heard of any places that allow night court for small claims. The only things I know of that go into night court are criminal matters where the accused is in custody and sometimes traffic court.

Perhaps you should call your local courthouse and see if night court is offered for small claims?
