It will have to be biopsied in order to tell for sure.  Go to a dr.

Actually you can get cancer ANYWHERE. Ya know.... like skin cancer.

But anyway....you should get an ultrasound. It could be fat, an abcess(a big pimple), a cyst(which could be good OR bad), or dun, dun, dun....cancer.

Don't worry. You can't do anything till you know.

Cancer grows INSIDE.  If you can see it, chances are good it's not cancer.  Think about it.  Women wouldn't need to have mammograms if the lumps grew on the outside.

Sometime is a fatty lump. let a doctor check it , it better.
