Question:

Small number in corner Panasonic TC 63A61

I have recently bought a Panasonic TC 63A61. It didn't have remote and I can't get rid of the small channel number in the top left of the screen.
I have bought a aftermarket remote, but cannot access the menu. Any ideas?
