Small open wound on p***s?

Well, this is a very awkward situation to describe, but here it goes. I have a small open wound on the right side of my p***s. It's on the shaft, right where the head meets it. I am circumsized. It's pretty much just a small round wound, and it is really only noticeable when I'm erect. I am sexually active, but it's been a month or two since I've had s*x. Since then I've been tested at a clinic for Chlamydia, Herpes, and Gonorrhea. This has been there for awhile now. Over a month, at least. It's not uncomfortable or painful unless I irritate it manually. Any ideas? Thanks much.

Might be an irritation from masturbation or intercourse.  Try keeping the area clean and dry and keep masturbation to a minimum to allow the area to heal.  If the wound continues to be there, you might want to see a doctor to make sure there is no infection.

Bathtub soaks, put neosporin AND Lomitrin on it, and avoid tight underwear. Go with boxers for a while to keep it airy, and wear boxers to bed. Keep it clean and DO NOT wear the same underwear more than one day .

You may consider changing your laundry soap too, you may have a skin allergy. (I know , weird, but it may be the reason).  

I would give this only a week. If it doesn't heal you need to see a doc.
