How can I write this with better and official syntax?

George G has worked from the 15th of March until the 1st of April, the salary agreed for his services is 875 euros. He also worked from the 1st of May until the 31st of May and the salary agreed for his services is euros also. Please register him as an employ of xxxx for this period and also submit his social insurances.

  1. Doesn't sound too bad - is it written from the point of view of an employer, an agency, or what? That would alter it slightly, depending on which it is.

    I'd write it like this, personally:

    'George G worked for the period 15 March to 1 April for an agreed salary of 875 euros, and for the period 1 to 31 May, also being paid in euros for this period.

    Could you register him as an employee for these periods, and please also submit his social insurances.'

    Or something like that
