Small patch of pimples ????

Question

whenever i get my eyebrows done i always get these awful patch of small pimples.i usually put on ice but that doesnt work.then i tried clearisil .it cleans them out but when i get them done again,its back to the start.

can anyone tell me some good ways or supplies which will stop my pimples from forming again and again????
