Question:

Small pet, easy to take care of?

I want a small pet to keep me company. I've had fish, and they are really boring. Since we live in an condo, I can't really have large animals. My dad also doesn't want disease carrying pets- even though most do. I want something that I can interact with because I'm always lonely when I'm not with friends. My dad is VERY picky about getting one. I need a pet that is easy to take care of just like a fish. I also want one that won't really bite or is aggressive.

  1. If I were you I would get a dog like a Chihuahua or Yorkie or **** Zu.  Those can be hard to take care of though.  If you want something that is really easy to take care of try a hamster, rabbit, or chinchilla.  The hamster usually ranges at 5-15 dollars, the rabbits about 20-30 dollars and the chinchillas are really furry and cute but are around 80 dollars.  I hope this helps you out.

  2. Hermit crabs! They are small, fun, and easy to care for. They won't bite if you learn how to handle them properly. They are also fun to play with!

  3. Get a guinea pig!!!

They are fairly low-matience for a non-aquatic pet!

they don't bite, and they are very social and affectionate!

  4. Hmm... Guinea pigs? Bunnies? Hamsters? Lizards? Snails? Have you thought about pets that live in water but are not fish? I can't think of any others at the moment.

  5. gerbils don't bite and are easy to take care of. btw, most pets do not carry dieases. i don't know where you got that idea from...

  6. u can get a hamster. they are cute and dont bite. they are perfect

  7. How about a cat, they are self sufficient! Well close anyway, you will have to change their water and food daily but they are great fun and very amusing! Get you a litter box and keep it cleaned, every day or  every other day will do! A dog is also nice, and lots of company, but a dog is much more work and more expense than a cat! Hope this helps! Cheers!

  8. any type of vocal bird! it will really keep you company and you can teach it 2 talk

  9. ferret, sugar babies, chihuahuas, birds (parrots particularly) and any kind of rodents...but im not a real big fan of rodents.
