Small pimples\bumps on cheeks, a bit on forehead too - epically cheeks - get worse with shaving?

im 17, male. i dont have much facial hair. but i do shave about 2 or 3 times every week just to get rid of the scruff ..

i dont have acne anymore (thank God), but i do have small little bumps. on my cheeks and a little bit on my forehead....exactly like this picture i found on google

and for the most part, they are almost all gone but when i shave they get worse. and can never seem to fully disappear. what should i do. i mean..i cant just stop shaving =\

ps. i do change my blade every week or so. or every time the strip turns white on my blade, and i always use aftershave, and moisturizer after every shave

You said you use aftershave and moisturizer after every shave - stop using it for two weeks.  Chances are, the moisturizer and aftershave are irritating your skin.  Shave, rinse, dry, and leave it at that.  If you don't notice any results after 2 weeks, go see a dermatologist.
