Small pimples or dots on my p***s

i am a virgin and i have these small pimple or dot liek things on my p***s. the dont hurt or bleed or anything nasty they are just there. and only on the bottom side. they also only becoem aperent when it is hard. whats is this? is it dangeros. i am 15. is it from not washing enough?

I have the same thing too!

So I went to the doctor and she gave me this medication to apply too times a day for two weeks.  A month has past and they are still the same.

and I'm only turning 14.

I have the same, it is called genital pearl papules... don't worry it won't kill you dude.

They sound like penile papules, i have them and i was worried until i found out they are harmless and should go away eventually :)

it is normal, and they will disappear in time.

Size REALLY doesn't matter old son!

Don't do anything to make it hard, and use a hypoallergenic soap in the shower.

I know at 15 that's not easy! But try anyway.

No pain know gain!

Most all guys get them. It's nothing to worry over.  Just wash and keep it dry.  You can use some medicated body powder.  Also, use an antibacterial soap such as Dial or Ivory and stay away from perfume scented soaps.

They're quite common; and happen especially often during your teenage years. You can clean your skin with soap a few times daily to see if they disappear; but unless they grow large or begin oozing / bleeding, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
