Small red bump in mouth

Question

I was walking home and i noticed i had a bump in my mouth, and know i check it out and its small,red and in the back of my mouth what can this mean?

it may be like access something. idk. I have a bump in the front of my mouth and I've had that since last september

it mite just be a sore.

ahhh maybe one of two things....either an ulser its like a sore i get them all the time...or a scar..i bit my lip once very hard(fell off pogostick :) hit i hard) oral scars leave a bump type dill... otherwise i have no clue...hope i helped :)
