Small silicone earskin plugs?

Question

I bought a pair of 8 gauge silicone earskins and, as expected, they're hard to get in. I've tried folding them up, but that doesn't work for me. Do you know of any other (safe, clean) ways to get them in?

(Yes, my size right now is 8 gauge and has healed a long time ago. I've been at this size for awhile.)

Oil up your ears and the earskins and then go take a shower( bring them with you) and try to insert them in the shower. it will be a shitt ton easier
