All right, well let's start with me saying that I have a small space from my chin to my neck, and I hate this. I'm not really sure if I just have extra fat there, or if it's just my genetics of how far apart it is. It sort of makes my neck and face look a bit connected, because my face isn't chizled either.
I'm not at all fat, but I'm starting to think that my face might be fat, I'm not sure. I'm starting to drink about 12 16 oz bottles of water a day, and doing some neck/chin stretches I've seen on YahooAnswers, but will this help if that space is naturally small?
