Small window air conditioner?

I'm looking for a small air conditioner to fit in a small basement window. The window is around 13 inches high and 28 inches across, so the AC unit has to be less than that.

I saw a few of them, one being the Goldstar WG5005 which is 11.1 inches high by 17.3 inches across, but it got some pretty nasty reviews.

Any suggestions?

they now sell air conditioners that you do not have to put n the window. They are called Portable Air Conditioners. you can roll them from room to room.They are equipped with flexible ducts at the back that you insert thru the window to vent out the hot air from the condenser portion.  The newst thing in convenience. And at various prices so they are affordable.
