Small writting on favourites etc on my lap-top?

All my layout has gone to small writting. I.E on my favourite lists and when i type in an web address, how do i get this back bigger. I can not find my settings

Click the view tab above and enter text size.

How odd!  You haven't changed the screen resolution on your laptop have you?  The accessibility options all tend to make the typeface BIGGER not smaller!
