Smart Dispense on GE Dishwasher

Question

I no longer want to use the Smart Dispense on my GE Dishwaher (I used it in the past). How do I get the light to go off (the smart dispense light that says to add detergent) without keeping it filled. I have decided to no longer use the smart dispense, but add detergent tablets which I find work better.Thanks!
