Smart and healthy diet plan

Need to study for a week for my exams.

canned salmon with bread as breakfast

banana as snacks

sardines as lunch (need recommendations on what to add to it)

??? for dinner( any ideas)

and this is for a week so i may change the menu on a certain day so i need ideas for my three meals

  1. Eat grilled chicken and salad for dinner.

    Sardines?  You are brave.


  2. Add drops of lemon juice, pepper and chopped parsley for sardine sandwich. Eat more fresh or dried berries that help increase memory. Suggest: cereal bar, apple, muffin, avocado & chicken salad, egg salad,  tuna salad, tuna sandwich, rolled ham sandwich, peanut butter & banana sandwich, or turkey burger.


  3. I would try rice or potatoes for dinner. You can add about any thing to them to spice them up. Also some vegitables in your diet would be great. Carrots are also a great snack. I love baby carrots with some ranch dip my self, or some times I skip the ranch and just eat them with a little salt.

       You can get frozen dinners for any meal changes. They are quick and easy, and usully nutritionally balanced.
