Does anyone know what a " Smart scart cable" is ?

I've heard a few people talking about this, apparently it improves the picture quality on LCD TV's.

And how much are they and where do you buy them from?

A EURO 21 PIN Scart cable is a Basic connection from DVD/Blue-Ray to a HDTV.

However, you may wish to consider using a HDMI Cable for True HD 1080P Output.
