SmartBro Canopy Trouble?

Question

I access my canopy page in Internet Browser(FireFox) yesterday because I dont have a internet

and my friend change the IP of my canopy while I was away in my computer...

now I cant access totally my canopy webpage please help...

is somebody know how to reset my canopy w/out accessing the canopy page?

reset to the default IP(169.254.1.1)? my friend tell me that he changed it into this IP (192.168.224.1)

Try these 2 options

Open an MS-DOS Prompt. type the following command

ipconfig /release

this will clear your current ip add then type this command

ipconfig /renew

this will give you your new ip address

If this did not work...

Go to Control Panel > Network Connections

Double click the LAN connection you are using. Click the Properties button. Then in the General tab, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) then click Properties Button.

Choose the following settings:

Obtain IP Address Automatically

Obtain DNS Server Automatically

Click OK.

If none of these work, you better call the Smart BRO customer assistance.
