Question:

Smeg dual fuel cooker model number UK80MFX1

When I turn on the oven it heats to the required temperature and then after about 40 minutes it cuts out and I have to wait about 20 minutes and turn everything back on again.

We have the cooker about 6 years and I no longer have a manual to troubleshoot

Any ideas
