Smelly Smelly Down There?

I dont know if its because I am sweating down there but i keep getting like clear discharge it looks like a wet spot on my undies and it smells like dirty puss and armpits

If it is a clear discharge or kind of white color and smells like v****a, then you should be ok because that is the way v****a cleans itself.  However, if you can smell like something has died in there or if you can smell it while you are sitting then there is a problem.  If the vaginal discharge color changes, then you should go to a doctor immediately.  I still would recommend going to a doctor, they will be able to better assist you because most of the people on yahoo are not doctors.  So for your health I would suggest seeking professional help.  Hope this helped.

The smell that you are noticing can also be an indication of an infection such as bacterial vaginosis (an example only).

The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.

Clear vaginal discharge is normal for most women.  However, odor is not.  If you are experiencing an odor from your v****a, it may be a sign of an infection.  However if it is because you have poor hygiene or are sweating alot, then first and foremost, bathe more often.  If the odor persists even after proper hygiene, it may be an infection.  Bacterial vaginosis, a common bacterial infection, has a "fishy" smell.  This "fishy" odor is usually more noticeable immediately after intercourse.  If this is the case, you can be treated for it or any other vaginal infection at your local health department or your OB/GYN's office.  This is not a reason to go to your emergency room as it is not an emergency.
