this is not as much a quote as it is a fact...when u smile and answer the phone it's hard to sound unpleasant. most people who answer phones at work TRY to do this everytime

No. That sort of stuff is irritating and makes me grumpy! If you are dealing with customers and clients you should always be professional and friendly without a calendar prompt!
