Smithing help on runescape?

if i buy mith ore and coal will i make a profit when i sell mith bars?? thanks

Coal ores are 177 each. Mithril ores are 174 each. Bars are a little over 1k each. So I'm a bit rusty on smithing (it's a dreadful skill).

So to make a mithril bar, you need 4 coal ores and 1 mithril ore.

4 x 177 =   708

1 x 174 = +174

                      = 882

Mithril bar = 1066 gp.

                                 1066 - 882 = 184

            So, you can make a profit of 184 gp per set of 4 coal and 1 mithril ore. Smithing really isn't a useful skill, though. AT ALL. You can't make money. Rune has been going down for years. I don't suggest you go for 99.
