Yes. I'm really confused right now. So all this is the same thing...then why do they have to say it in so many different ways? So like all this doesn't do anything to you, but cigarettes do?

It's illegal in most places. People use different names for it so that others, espicially parents, don't know what they are talking about. Tobacco is legal, so there's no need to keep secret.

For example, I work with a woman who had no idea what the term "chromic" meant. She overheard her son talking on his cell about buying chronic. When asked, he told her it was an energy drink.
