Smokey colored eye shadow stuff?

I was watching date my mom and this guy wanted the mom to be like Britney Spears and he brushed this black stuff over where eyeshadow normally goes and I was wondering what is that stuff? I was thinking of getting some but I don't know where to buy it or what it even is. It was like on a stick I think.

its probly from MAX FACTOR the eyeshadow thats a brush looking like ****,.
