so i wanna go for a more dramatic look... i've been using neutral look all the time and want something different..

i have tried to create a smokey eye look but i always end up too much (like all those silvers going over the brow bone or those black eyeshadow smudges all over the lid and covering the silver)

anybody can help me in some step to do it??

should I put those soft black eyeshadow on my lash line and smudge it to the lid?? or should I put on some silver and grey on my lid and put on some black eyeshadow on my outer lid??

thanks...

  1. line your eyes with black liquid liner

then use a dark grey shadow on the lower, outer part of your lid

then use a deep silver in the crease and a lighter silver on the brow bone

then blend them all together with a clean blending brush and voila!

    hope this helps~<3

  2. I definitely like this guy's tutorial, since it shows best result:

make sure you try it out several times before wearing it outside, 'cos practice makes perfect, right? :)

and also, if your eyes are light (not dark) I would recommend you go easy with black (maybe just the first line around the eye with the eyeliner) and go with dark grey, smokey etc.

Oh, and try having at least two or three different type of brushes while doing this since they are important and can make your job a lot easier. in the tutorial on the link above you will see how an "idiot proof" eye brush looks like, it's one of my favourites since you  really cannot go wrong when using it.

    best of luck
