  1. Using the computer, because computers use electricity, pollutes the environment.  Can I implement a computer tax on you?

  2. That is a communist idea. In addition, smoking is natural. Precious CO2 is released to the environment for plants to use as fuel for carbon fixation.

In addition, one volcanic eruption puts more c**p in the air than the entire history of smoking squared.

  3. Firstly, when you say that smoking "pollutes" the air, you must mean pollute in the loosest sense of the word. Smoking won't bring on global warming. Also, air in the outdoors is usually so diffuse that you'd need a hundreds or thousands of smokers in a compact area to actually harm a non-smoker. Only the most oversensitive ninny can't stand a whiff of cigarette smoke. It's unpleasant, and I say that as the child of a smoker, but it's not life-threatening if you're walking through a cloud of it.

Secondly, what a person does with his or her body is none of your business. Clearly, your desire to impose a pollution tax has more to do with legislating morality than it does actual concern about second-hand smoking. Please explain to me why you have any right to dictate the personal habits of others. Please explain to me why you would use the government to do your bidding, rather than just trying to educate and persuade smokers yourself.

Thirdly, not all smokers smoke outdoors. Some only smoke in their cars or at home. Are they "polluting" the air? It's one thing to forbid individuals from smoking outdoors, in public, but it's quite another to tax a perfectly legal habit that people only engage in inside their homes. Why don't you just tell people they can't eat fattening foods or watch trashy TV?

  4. It is already illegal to smoke in public and one's own rental unit in some California cities and towns.I cannot entirely disagree even though I remain a smoker-it is one of the most repulsive habits for which will-power remains the only cure.

  5. Sure. We should also have a tax on breathing fresh air also.

  6. at least, some of them will. i too hate smoking. i second u.

  7. Well I quit smoking after I saw this video, I hope this help you! there's nothing good about smoking
