Smoking Salvia..........?

I've smoked salvia divinorum but can I smoke the salvia my mom grows in her garden?

I've heard it'll just give me a headache, but has anyone ever done it?

no, it won't work. of all the salvia plants, salvia D is the only in its family that gives you the hallucinagetic effects.

Lots of people have done it.  They've all felt stupid afterwards.

Only S. divinorum has the active ingredient that makes you trip.  Other salvia, because it lacks that chemical, won't do any good at all (plus your mom will wonder where all her flowers went).
