Smoking Shisha for 1 hour is harmless?

Me and my friend have been smoking shisha for over an hour. It's finished now. I'm a sportive person and need to keep my fitness up, will this 1 hour of smoking it effect my fitness or not really?

  1. naa not rle. as long as its tobacco free. but if its not, that doesnt mean ur automatically gnna become non fit.


  2. Nooo it hasnt got the harmful stuff it has in cigarettes. You will be fine, dont worry. I am very athletic and used to smoke shisha all the timeee.

  3. Sorry, but all tobacco smoke contains tar and all tobacco smoke is carcinogenic. It is not healthy or anything like. And if you're concerned about the last dram of athletic performance, no, of course you shouldn't be smoking anything.

    Sorry, but to answer your question.. smoking shisha is as worse as smoking a packet of cigarettes. Even though it doesn't contain the same things as a cigarette, is has plenty of other things that can be potentially harmful to your lungs. It depends how much you shared it between the two of you and how many packets of shisha you actually used?

    I think if it was your first time, it may not affect it greatly but if you are sporty. I would try doing some exercise and see how you feel? Then try and work on that... Hope this helps! xx

  5. Your inhaling smoke and it's going to your lung's. In my book that's very unhealthy, especially for a fit person.

  6. Anything you burn and inhale is going to do your lungs in.
