Smoking after a concussion?

today i was taking a shower and i literally fainted and passed out. i ended up falling out of the shower and smashing the back of my head on the toilet. the doctor said i probably passed out because of a sudden change of blood pressure in my head. but i most likely received a concussion by hitting my head on the toilet. the question i had was if smoking marijuana the day of this event could trigger anything to cause any reactions or problems with the concussion. please only respond to this question of its a light answer. i do not want anyone to respond if they are going to say smoking is bad.

Smoking constricts blood vessels and raises blood pressure so you can figure it out since you don't want the answer.
