  1. Is everyone forgetting that once we elect these people, they are beyond the law completely and no longer have to listen to anything we have to say?

Or is that how it works?

  2. I would like to stress that while it is technically correct that the Palace of Westminster is immune from prosecution if it breaks the law thanks to its Royal status, it is also equally true that the House of Commons Commission also does its level best to follow the letter of the law as closely as possible.  Smoking is not allowed on the Estate except in designated areas outdoors.

However, it is also true that a number of people (naming nobody in particular *coughMPscough*) do ignore the rules in the privacy of their own offices...

  3. only if it were pot !

  4. Its one rule for one and one for the other and don't do as i do do as i tell you.I Have been there and its cheap and very popular.

  5. parliment is a royal building, and you can do what you like their  (it really wasnt a good question)wht you should have asked is why is it one rule for the rich and one for the minions!

  6. Parliment is territorially outwith the UK( beyond The Crown's jurisdiction) and UK laws and, also on another Planet called Fuxwits.

  7. It's just another example of hypocrisy from this government.
