Smoking with Factor V Leiden?

I am 20 and I was just diagnosed with Factor V Leiden.. I don't smoke but I do go to the hookah bar with my friends about once every 2 months and a hookah filled with flavored tobacco (shisha).. should cut this out has well since it has some tobacco in it? or is it okay?
