  2. The only thing I know for sure is that it's not D. Smooth muscle does not have T tubules that's why there is a "wave" of contraction. T tubules are used in skeletal muscle to allow the action potential to penetrate deep and fast (that's what she said) into the tissue so that the contraction of fibers is simultaneous.
