Question:

Smoothie? Quick!?

So i have thirty minutes to make a smoothie. Any suggestions on smoothies not containing yogart or ice cream. i have bannanas, kiwi, and strawberries, apples, and i think oranges.

  1. squeeze the oranges into juise, b/c they make smoothys lumpy if u put in the entire thing. DO NOT USE APPLES. they are bad for smooth smoothys. put in a small cup ful of ice in the blender for every person. MAKE SHURE THE ICE IS SEMI-CRUSHED. slice the kiwis and bananas an mix them w/ the orange juice. add a slosh of milk and pour it over the ice. BLEND UNTIL THERE'S NO MORE LUMPS.


  2. use some sort of juice like orange juice or apple juice, then put ice and put bannanas and kiwis and srawberrys in it but trust me, orange juice wont taste good or oranges will taste bad too.

  3. recipe quick: first put three of ur favorit frruits [they all add up 2 one cup 4 one person that is] then get a blender out, put fruit in then add i tiny bit of apple juice, after blend until looks to your perfection then pour into  a glass,and ENJOY =] dont 4-get the cup of yogurt of your choice

  4. Use milk instead of yogurt.

  5. You can throw in the bananas to thicken it up and use orange juice or apple juice as a liquid and then throw in whatever other fruit to your taste and some ice!

  6. Add whatever fruits you want, and mix with ice, splenda, and water...

    Better yet, next time freeze your fruit and the smoothie will be smoother!
