Smoothie recipe please.?

i just bought a blender and i love smoothies, and im pregnant so i love the ice!!!

fruits i like

-watermelon

-grapes

-bananas

-apples [not apple juice]

-cantaloupe

can some one give me a recipe with any of those fruits please. i want to make one tonight im cravvvvvving. Thanks in advance

  1. 1 BANANA

    half a cup of vanilla ice cream.( MAKE SURE THE ICE CREAM IS FROZEN AND NOT MELTED !!!!)

    and then blend

      ITS DELICIOUS !!!!



           p.s. make sure the banana is not bad.

    The general purpose recipe for a smoothie is very simple

    It has 4 ingredients

    1. Yogurt 1 Cup

    2. ice Cubes: 1 cup

    3. Fruits: 1/2 cup

    You should have 1/4 cup banana, and 1/4 cup of another fruit of choice. Banana helps to thicken the smoothie.

    4. Sweetener: 2 teaspoon of sugar or honey.. optional.

  7. WACKY WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

    2 cups seeded watermelon chunks

    1 cup cracked ice

    1/2 cups plain yogurt

    1 tablespoon sugar

    1/2 teaspoons ground ginger

    1/8 teaspoons almond extract

     

    Combine all ingredients in blender container, blend until smooth.


  8. You cant go wrong with any of those fruits, just choose a fruit or two... add yogurt, sugar or honey to suit your taste. You could be a lil naughty at times and put a scoop of ice cream in.

    I know the cravings, i am pregnant too, and smoothies are my fave thing right now.
