I want to text single people In london to advertise a dating site,

Where can I buy these contact numbers and is it possible to target just single people in London?

I hope to h**l you do not get hold of the numbers, I and most people I know do NOT like sales calls,or SMS.

Yes you could probably buy a marketing list from a company with single people's mobile numbers, however - make sure the company is genuine and the people who's details they supply have opted in for such marketing!

Plus the Data Protection Act regulates how you build and manage your customer database, and you need to comply with the law when sending sms messages or emails to people who aren't already customers.
