ok, i'm going to the snow 2moz and don't have any snow clothing. i don't have any waterproof pants except for these very thin ones that are a bit higher than my ankles. i only have one hideous jacket, but that really doesn't matter.

what do u think i should wear and what do you personally wear to keep warm.

BTW the place where we are going to has like only 20cm of snow

  1. Well just hire clothing on the mountain its way better than being cold and wet and embaressing yourself

  2. umm im a snowboarded myself and so i got to ZUMiEZ or PAC SUN and buy all my snowboarding stuff like goggles and jackets and pants and stuff,

if your just playing in the snow, wear anything, just bundel up.

  3. You need waterproof, breathable, windproof clothing.

I use Mojo clothing at the moment, but if you rent it you can ask what the people in the shop think.

    :)

  4. Depends on what your doing unless you just need something for  warmth and staying dry.  There are clothes for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling......

Snowmobile clothing is heavier insulated and will keep you very warm.  You could just wear a t-shirt and shorts underneath!  Depending on the temps you have to layer underneath ski or snowboarding attire.

My recommendation for pants, I'd suggestion bib style snow pants.  Most people don't care for them, but they do protect your stomach and back from unwanted cold-drafts.  Plus the shoulder straps will keep the pants secure, don't have to worry about them sagging.

Here are some sites for snow clothing.  You could also check eBay, although you might not find too much this time of year.  Good luck and stay warm!

  5. Hi,

Wherever u r going there will be a snow hire shop. Just go there and hire what u need and that will do the job. And u never know if u pay hundreds 2 buy the clothes u might not even go 2 da snow again anyway. In my opinon I think u should just hire clothes and it will also save you money aswell

Have fun on ur snow trip
