Snail eggs on toast for tea?

Have you tried snail eggs?

I have been invited to a gourmet lunch and that is what the starter is.

I haven't tried snail eggs on toast and I don't plan to have it in the future.  Many people may like it though, it's gotta be an acquired taste like caviar.  If you're a brave one just try it out an who knows you may have a wild but "sophisticated" taste.  After all the french are known for their exquisite dining.  If you're not one open to new and exotic foods then just pass and just start with something else that is more of your taste and sip on tea while you wait for the next item.

To be honest, I have eaten a lot of weird things, and I actually like them. I have never tried snail eggs, but I have tried shark eggs and snails. They are actually quite delicious.
