How is Snake keeping precived in Japan? Do most landlords allow reptiles?

I'm thinking of shipping my Ball Python to Japan with me (Via an Airline, if possible). Is there places that offer frozen mice? Any place that sells reptiles probably will. Pretty much anywhere in Tokyo, and anywhere in Japan that ships.

If the size not that big, yes you can keep Ball Python in the robust and secured showcase. However, in Japan, the contract with landlord will come first. Many a cheap apartment do not allow to have pet.

But don't sending Ball Python violate CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)?
