Ok so I was cleaning my storage room out (connected to my house) and a northern water snake was under a box (about 5 feet long, researched to find out what it was). Of course it felt threatened and was striking at me. I was trapped against the wall and had no choice but to hold it down with the shovel. I used the sharp side to hold it down and tried to dig the shovel in but i jumped out and let the shovel fall. the snake then crawled into a hole. Do you think it will leave or hang around, especially since I tried to hurt it?

  1. it will go away......unless you have a pool, becuase water snakes needs water, they have to get in it once in a while......so it wont stick around it will go back where it orignally came from-dont worry

  2. It'll eventually go away but if you could try to get someone that doesn't want to kill it! Also make sure your storage room stays pretty dry, it'll leave faster.
