How long do snake mites live?And are they able to live on other pet such as birds ,cats,and dogs, or humans?

ok all mites are the same and yes the many ways snakes get mites is from humnans holding them and they get there if they get out or loose so yes

if you don't get them off your snake they will suck your snakes blood dry..... give your snake a dish soap bath it don't hurt your snake cause a guy told me that if you do it will end up killing the mites....
