1. yea, a rough green snake or a garter snake are just two

 2. I love snakes. the best answer, if you don't kill mice, is maybe to find raw meat it likes, or talk to a snake expert who can tell you what to feed it. i guess you could feed it different types of bugs, but don't expect it to eat. i'm in desperate need of points, so i've been as informative as i could be, and hope i have the best answer. also, if you don't mind feeding rats to them ( i'm sure you do mind, as rats are like mice.) then you you can feed them rats, though not as many as mice.

 3. rough green snakes or garter snakes will thrive on insects their whole lives

 4. yes u can get it on the inter net the link is:

 5. well most snakes eat mice rabbits or something else some of the smaller snakes can eat crickets and pinkies (baby mice) but if you want a bigger snake you have to feed it mice or rats

 6. GARTER SNAKES DO NOT EAT INSECTS! Garter snakes are fish and frog eaters. Just because some people are able to get them to eat crickets doesn't mean they are insectivores, nor should they be given insects. I have over 160 snakes, including a few garter snakes, so I am by no means a beginner. The only insect eating snake that is fairly common in the pet trade is the rough green snake. They can live off of calcium dusted crickets.

 7. a little teeny tiny snake like a garter eats crickets.
