Snare drum / percussion drums?

Question

I played in concert band for 3 yrs in middle school, and I was really good. Last year I skipped out on band and I'm in percussion class this year. School is starting soon so,

can you remind me of what a 5-stroke roll is? it's just roll each stick once and then end with a solid strike? i forgot my drums vocab

a 7-stroke? a 9-stroke? i know flams, paradiddles... anything else i need to know?

a five stroke is played in tis fashion :  Right Right Left Left Right
